1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Book Lover website, purchases, and related services (the "Service"). Book Lover is operated by 10X Leap ("we," "us," or "our").
By visiting the site, completing a purchase, or using access we provide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and able to form a binding contract to purchase or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The service
Book Lover provides a curated collection of book summaries and related reading content. What you receive when you purchase, and how you access it, is described below.
Primary delivery: Google Drive link access
After a successful purchase, you will receive link access to a Google Drive folder (or similar Google Drive sharing link) that contains the Book Lover content. Access may be sent to the email address you provide at checkout and/or made available through our thank-you / "Access Now" flow on the website.
You are responsible for having a way to open Google Drive links (for example, a Google account and a compatible browser or app). Google Drive is a third-party service; Google's terms and policies also apply to your use of Drive.
Web portal in development
We are building a Book Lover web portal for browsing content on our website. That portal is currently in development. It may be incomplete, unavailable, change without notice, or not yet include the full collection. Purchasing Book Lover does not depend on a finished web portal. Your purchase delivers access to the content via the Google Drive link described above. Any portal features made available later are provided at our discretion and may have additional terms.
4. Accounts
If you create or are given an account for a future web portal or related tools, you must keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5. Purchases and payment
Checkout is processed through Pabbly Checkout powered by Razorpay. Prices and currency are as shown at checkout. At checkout we (and our payment providers) collect information needed to complete the purchase, including your email address.
Payment processing is handled by those third parties. We do not store your full payment card number on our own systems. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for the selected product and agree that delivery is digital as described in these Terms.
6. Delivery and access rules
- Access is digital. There is no physical shipment of books or printed materials unless we expressly offer that separately.
- Your purchase grants personal access to the Google Drive content link we provide for that purchase. Do not publicly post, sell, or widely redistribute that link or the files it contains.
- We may revoke or change access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback fraud, or other violation of these Terms.
- Availability of Google Drive or email delivery can be affected by third-party outages, spam filters, or your own account settings. Contact us if you do not receive access after payment clears.
7. License to use content
Subject to these Terms and your valid purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Book Lover content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or publicly share the content or access links for others beyond personal use
- Scrape, bulk-download for redistribution, or reverse engineer the Service in any unauthorized way
- Remove notices, claim authorship of our summaries, or use our branding in a misleading way
8. Intellectual property
The Book Lover name, branding, website, and original summary content are owned by 10X Leap or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our summaries are educational condensations and commentary. They are not a substitute for reading the original books, and we do not claim ownership of the underlying books or authors' works except for our own original expression in the summaries and packaging.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent access controls, share credentials or Drive links in ways that defeat personal-use limits, or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, checkout, or related systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm us, our users, or third parties in connection with the Service
10. Refunds and cancellations
Because Book Lover is a digital product delivered via Google Drive link access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
If you have a billing problem, duplicate charge, or did not receive access after a successful payment, contact us promptly at bookloversite2026@gmail.com and we will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not guarantee specific results from reading summaries (such as career, financial, health, or personal outcomes). Content is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not professional advice.
Because the web portal is in development, we do not warrant that any website browsing experience will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Your core purchase benefit is Google Drive link access to the content as described in Section 3.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10X LEAP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10X Leap and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, unauthorized sharing of access links or content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google Drive (for content access), Pabbly Checkout and Razorpay (for payments), hosting providers, and advertising partners such as Meta. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our reasonable control.
15. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.
